So is our compliance department so incompetent to send him in there without a lawyer or was he just the sacrificial lamb?We either need to shitcan bracky or hire an attorney full time to handle something like this. My vote is shitcan the ****tard.

I'm surprised the NCAA hasn't tightened up those loop holes. Legal representation can cost WAY more then a couple hundred dollar handshakes and a discount on a car.

funny, at Miss St they make the lawyers who are providing advise to those involved actually come in to be interviewed by the NCAA. Such a strange double standard.

The buzz we are creating by enlightening people about the shortcomings of our compliance department. We can make enough noise to force change. We just need to get more people on the bandwagon.
