Okay turf guys, need suggestion

My first suggestion would be to get a soil sample pulled, roughly 6-7 inches deep from several locations from the yard. Mix it all together and put in a zip lock bag. Do this for the back yard as well but keep separate. Take it to your local extension office and pay to have them send it off and go by the soil report you get back.
