Boneless? Thighs have been my go to for many years now. They used to give them away, they're still super cheap in the grand scheme. They're doing a boneless one now that is huge, I guess it's the steroids or whatever. They are the size of breasts. Wrap up em tight in bacon and throw smoke. Dark meat soaks it up better than than white. Need to do some thighs again, thanks for bringing it up!

Dark met juicier. I grill the bacon wrapped boneless thighs too but y'all need to add one more thing. Wrap the boneless thigh around a string cheese of your choice. Then the bacon around the chicken. Insert toothpick. OH, and don't forget to dust the chicken with garlic powder and some Bully's Gunpowder seasoning from the farm store. You've never had better.

Never had it. My uncle had me doing ketchup as far back as I remember. I do remember my mom making something she called "pea chili" but I never tried it 'cause in my child mind, it wasn't real chili.

pea chilli was chow chow. Used to be something only grandparents had and wasn't cool. Big rebirth now. Like a lot of stuff. And it's damn good, btw. I shied away from it forever, now I'm a big fan. It was pretty much a redneck salsa before anybody knew what salsa was. Usually canned in mason jars. Pick up some next time you go to a place that sells specialty stuff like that, or better yet get some from an old person you know. They will enjoy you enjoying it as much as you do.

I'll get my mom to dig up her recipe. I can give it a try. I mean, I grew up and learned to eat broccoli and stuff so why not? Heh

May be, not sure, but it's got good logic behind it. My favorite is "food makes me sick" from blazing saddles. Use it when somebody tells me I should eat something.
