I've already been playing around in the kitchen today. I got a big redfish filet, soaked it down in olive oil and Rendevous BBQ seasoning. Was really good after doing blackened for 2 days in a row. Next time I do it in adding a touch of salt since the bbq seasoning isn't salty.

Looks great. I'm just grilling some chicken. Weather looks like crap this weekend. Had hopes of fishing cat island, but it's looking like a no go.

Picked up a few beers in NOLA today that I don't ever see locally. I've only ever had the Re-Birth before today.

We cooked 110 lbs of crawfish with lemons, onions, sausage, potatoes, corn, mushrooms, canned green beans, and canned asparagus in the pots. The mushrooms and asparagus are the best thing to ever come out of a crawfish boiling pot. As far as drinking it was anything from bud light, miller light, Busch light, and mikes hard lemonade for the lady folks.

Well I did something very dumb last night. I got home and took a quick nap leaving my steaks in my truck for a cpl hours. Decided not to risk it at went to Fudruckers for a burger instead. They were just cheap sirloins. If they would have been ribeyes or filets I would have been sick!
