Our softball team is the last team still in postseason play (unless you count T&F, which the SEC Championships are in Starkville this weekend). Heading back down to Lafayette, LA for the NCAA Regional, and we are playing Baylor in Game 1. First pitch is 5:30 PM CDT on ESPN3 (online). Thoughts? Expectations?

I know nothing about Baylor. I feel confident in our offense. Pitching will good at first. We may get by Baylor. If so, ULL will be a tough out.

Good luck.. too boring to watch. 7 innings is longer than 9 inning baseball game. make a "slap tap" foul on 2 strikes an out and it improves the game

I kind of feel like we don't have the pitching to win this regional after several days of everybody getting a good look at Silkwood on the mound/circle most of the time. However, we can score. If bats get hot we could possibly steal this one. If we get past game 1, I think we will take it all the way till Sunday and give the hosts a good scare as this regional goes max # of games.
