Saw where he committed to Georgia Southern this morning. Wish the kid nothing but the best.

Speaking of GA southern... I want them on the schedule. Up and coming coach and they'll keep a solid rpi

Also shows what kind of talent Rick Ray was recruiting. If players aren't D-1 players we would never have competed. Thank God a change was made.

While I agree that the change was great, it remains to be seen what kinda talent tookie is. I think he's gonna be a good player

I remember a little guy that a ton of people missed on... Isaiah Canaan. I think tookie could be that type of player. I'm pulling for him

under six foot players can't play the defense Howland wants to play. Remember every teams point guard lighting our ass up with Ray's smurfs.

Didn't UM go after Tookie when we released him? I thought I remember AK offering him the day he asked for a release? Interesting to see AK getting turned down in favor of GA Southern...

I heard that but not sure how hard he actually went after him. I know TN checked in on him but they got their guy earlier this month. He took a visit to South Carolina last weekend. He had interest from other Power 5 conference schools.

Yeah, I thought he'd end up at a bigger school as well but since it's in his home state maybe other factors were present.

I agree that he's not a great fit for Howland's system but i'm really curious how his career will play out.
