It will be completed before the 2015 Spring Season begins.

I know we are talking a minimal impact but how much did this increase capacity?

The current stadium holds 750, but the record is 881 at last years SBW.
No info has been released that I can find on the new size. But it will be larger obviously.

1,000 Chairbacks going in... so it will Indeed be an increase in size.

They have the field lined and bases out. Most of the work appears to be comlete. Looks great!

Looks Like they still have to put in the back stop and the fence but those could be done pretty quick.

yes... Only thing I don't see finished (from this angle.... Can't see the facade entrance connecting the two) is that arch along the 3rd base line.
I noticed earlier the white side to the grandstands instead of brick to match the 1st base line... Kinda annoying.. hope its not finished but really late to be putting up any extra brick...

Not sure whats supposed to go in that patch of dirt in between grand stand and the players building

I noticed that too, which makes me think they just haven't started with that 3rd base line arch or something else will be put in that area...maybe a small playground or something.

That makes sense. A fence has been put up at the end for a backstop I was assume in that dirt area.

My guess is they will leave it white to match that building to right of it. I wish they would brick it all, but I doubt it at this point.

Did anyone else get an email about a one day pre-sale on SEC Tourney tickets? Would've been nice to have some warning! I don't have it today but could have. Swing and miss by athletic department.
