Question about seating up grade.

I have been looking at the ticket page to see what seats are coming available for up grade. Is that up dated as seats come open or does it update daily? I have not gotten to my date and time yet just watching.

I'm adding an extra seat to my tickets this year & my selection date is May 13th.
