Tragic situation. Don't even know what to say except I'm very, very sorry to hear the news.

That was an uphill battle all the way. Terrible terrible news and sympathy for the family. There are miracles everyday with premature babies but bless his heart, he was forced into the world just a little too soon.

I had twin premature babies that were in the NICU for a long time. It was heart wrenching & I just felt hopeless at the time. They're fine 10 yr old boys now. I am very grateful for that. This is just awful. It makes me at 40 cry. I have an extreme soft spot for babies/kids. My thoughts & prayers will go out to this family for a long time.

I had twin girls who were premature and spent their first 100 days of life in the NICU. Prayers from our family. In our time in the NICU and since then we have become more aware of this awful situation that many family's have dealt with, many with not so happy endings. Fortunately we made it out with only a few lasting issues. If anyone is inclined to help make a difference, March of Dimes is a great organization to donate to.
