With our lack of Tight End depth and experience, is it possible that we could see two RB's and two slots on the field at the same time? Then you put one of our big recievers like Bear, morrow or Brown out wide to keep the safety honest. The running, screen and play-action opportunities out of this formation seem endless.

Got to have 7 men on the line- so one of the slots has to line-up on the line to make it a legal formation if you have two RB's

Guessing the Diamond Formation is out of the question. Haven't seen it since 2013.

What is the rule about an "eligible" receiver being covered on the LOS in college FB? if the X or Z were on the LOS along with the slot, it would make the RB on that side ineligible , correct? I hate the spring, my football brain is mush.

You could have two RBs on the field, but you could run a SG split look, Doubles, trips, WR diamond, .....
