Yes. Baseball and other partial scholarship sports are allotted equal to the amount of scholarship. Meaning if a player is on 1/3 of a scholarship they get 1/3 of the stipend. 1/2=1/2 etc. Every little bit helps.

Seems odd to me that any numbers based on reality wouldn't result in USC, ucla, stanford, and cal being the top 4 on that list.
