Has settled down since the 1st. The E's really hurt in the 1st.

I didn't see his start but I imagine he was extremely amped for his first big league start, and that's not a very good thing for a sinker baller. I would expect marked improvement next time around.

Also saw where a fellow diamond dawg alum didn't do him any favors.

Kendall left some balls up that hurt him today. However, the two balls that were homeruns were actually good pitches that Moreland and Choo just got good wood on. He'll do fine, just a rough first game that I'd probably attribute to nerves.

Yeah his catcher said he was in fast forward mode. First Big League start, I'd be nervous as heck too.
