I have no idea who will start on the bump but ive heard either Mintz or Hudson will start... I actually like either of them being given the chance.

I'd give sexton 2 innings, Tatum 2 innings, and play it by ear from there. Tatum didn't pitch long Saturday, so he should be fine to pitch some. I want to have Tatum and sexton available this weekend.

Well, MSU released Sexton as the starter in their press release. I wouldn't be shocked if it's a bullpen game like what msstate7 is saying. I would be surprised if it's Mintz or Hudson starting though.

I would go Sexton for 2-3, Tatum for 2-3, and then bring in Fitts. And if he wears out go with Mintz.

As an aside, the kid starting for Memphis is from Clinton and played at hinds. 2-0 with 1.96 era

If sexton is throwing well I'd leave him on out there. We need a win and even if he goes 6-7 we should still be able to use him some Sunday if we needed.

You throw whomever you need to win this game bc 1) Memphis is a solid club and this would be a nice rpi road win 2) we need every win we can get 3) 70-90% chance of rain in cs fri-sun anyway.
