Hurts has an aTm offer and deWeaver is trending towards Michigan state. Who is the most likely to get our qb spot in this class?

Sawyer Smith out of the Pensecola area.

I think Dan will wait until Big Dawg Camp and then decide ultimately who it is, but I think most of the recruiting sites think it's going to be Sawyer Smith. I think the QB from North Pike might be a close number two right now.

Even with Dak graduating we would still have 4 QBs on the roster next year assuming nobody transfers. If we can't get a QB recruit up to Mullen's standards its not absolutely necessary to even take a QB in the '16 class.

Got to wonder if there will be a transfer this year. Doesn't seem like keeping 5 qb's on scholarship is a good idea

Sawyer Smith would be my guess today but Hurts is visiting in a couple of weeks. We should have a QB commit by no later than the end of June.

I don't see any QB transferring at least until after next spring. There's no clear successor to Dak so why would anybody leave this year.

Someone will take over the 2nd spot this year. One of the other 2 will leave sometime after the season imo

We'll see. Whoever the #2 is won't be given the job. It will be a big time battle & I don't see anyone leaving before then unless Damian just gets buried behind the 2 young guys.
