Does anyone think without drastic changes we make the SEC tourney?

I don't think I've seen a MSU baseball team more mentally fried than right now. I feel horrible for them. They are kids and baseball is something that can really get in your head. Everyone thinks they have the answer or some "one" thing to blame. The bottom line is that at this moment, we do not have the horses to pull out of this. We have some really good players but this staff has really missed on some kids. It's like the reverse of Mullen. Next year's class should really help and I can't wait to see them. What we are seeing right now is a poorly put together team that started many months ago, bad results, and players who are mentally done.

Most importantly we are about to really move up in class in competition. 12 wins may be stretch.

As far as I know, you are correct. I'm just hoping for that 12 seed. But that will definitely be a long shot.

I don't care what anyone's stance is on bunting but we can not bunt the rest of the year and it won't matter. Not the way we are hitting currently. Bunting or not bunting ain't our problem.

I had forgotten that. I'm still used to the 10 team double elimination format. So we're the 12 seed and one & done. Still would rather miss the SECT than make it in that scenario.
