Don't know much except what I found by googling.

Was Howland's top guy his first few years at UCLA, was also with him at Pitt. Was HC at Central Michigan for 6 years, didn't have much success there. Described as more of a player's coach, but I think he's supposed to be the primary 'Xs/Os' assistant.

This and he is supposed to be a good recruiter too.
