I don't think there's any question there's a correlation between swinging the bat scoring runs. Unfortunately yesterday we were pretty much out of it and forced to NOT bunt...and had a big inning!! As I've mentioned before, we don't have the pitching to win 3-1. We have to play for big innings.

It takes time AND game experience for these young guys to become consistent producers. Rooker is a prospect. He runs well, has great size and big power. Ready for the limelight?? Probably not yet. But he's going to have to experience the limelight in order to be ready for it and produce when he's in it.
