yea, based on his demeanor and the terminology he uses there makes it obvious he already got a deal done.... And he seems to be VERY confident.... Remember about two weeks ago when I said, Expect Ray not to be our head coach next year, over and over... Well im gonna say something here that I believe but is not something I have any sources on, (I did on Ray) but I believe this will be a HUGE name, HR type hire.

If it's a Howland-type of hire it would be huge. Hell, Steve Prohm would be huge right now

Howland makes a ton of sense and would be a huge hire.

He knows how to "recruit".
