Can Wilson be a 1,000 yard receiver for us this year? I am expecting him to have a big year after he finishes what ever discipline will be handed down but could he eclipse 1,000 yards? According to ESPN it has been since 1978 since we have had a 1,000 yard receiver.

I'm not sure that he can due to the facts that we like to run it more than throw it and that Dak should have so many weapons to spread it around to. The only player in recent memory who even got close was Bumphis in 2012, and he had the benefits of possibly the most pass-heavy offense we've ever run and being our only real weapon at receiver that year. Tubby almost did it in 2013, but wasn't close if you subtract the 200+ yard bowl game.

No- he will miss Game 1- leaving him fewer chances. Then, he is going to get doubled from time to time- leaving Ross to be a big part of the offense. If he gets 800 yards he will have had an awesome season.

I would judge Bear's season more on how many TD's he has. He had plenty last year and hopefully will have more this year.
Those big receivers make their money in the red zone

I agree. I think he has a chance to catch 12-13 TD's.

People led talk all that noise about Treadwell- Bear almost doubled him in TD receptions.

I just hope we learn how to throw him a fade
