I read this morning that a well-known twitter Rebel had is employer contacted, presumably in reference to MIRS and FinsUpAP shenanigans. I think that makes two in the last several days. I don't know if those employer-related reports are true.
And if they are true, I don't know who did it. That's not the point.
The point is - folks, don't do this. Seriously. Nothing good can come from it.
Behind twitter handles and avatars are real people. Even FinsUpAP is a real person (I think). When you take matters into your own hands, you could hurt an innocent person, an innocent family, and also yourself.
Some really bad stuff has happened via twitter the last few years. There is legal process for that stuff to work itself out.
There is no need for gang warfare type retaliation. PLEASE leave twitter to twitter and don't bring personal info and employers into any of that mess.
