All mental. Lot of blame on coaches for today IMO too. Why put in a new kid with three ball count. Wtf are you thinking. They aren't putting kids in a position to succeed. That needs to change. Bullpen needs nuts too

Ross Mitchell this year

Opponents hitting .299 against him....

30.0 Innings this year leads the team.. 8 K's in 30 innings. Not gonna get it done.

I read somewhere that some batters are figuring out how to adjust to Ross Mitchell's pitching by changing their batting stance. I won't mention anymore than that, but what I read did make sense.

New ball causing problems too.

2014 - 2.45 BB/9
2015 - 2.73 BB/9 - This is before SEC play too so I expect this to jump over 3.00

2014 - 4.01 K/9
2015 - 2.40 K/9 - Again, before SEC play. 2K/9 will not get it done

If we had had sexton and Tatum two years ago we win it all. Starting pitching is very good. No elite guy but extremely solid and good enough for us to win most every nite.

The pen is shit rite now.
