I wouldn't just fire without a plan in place first. When we lost the terrible early season games this year, I would have been putting out feelers for a better coach. It would depend on what I received from those feelers. It looks like we will can him at some point, but we need a plan because not having one got us in this mess.

I would have fired him after UNC Upstate, promoted an assistant as interim, and started the search then.

Yes, he'd be gone. And I do whatever it takes to make up with Calipari, WWW and their crew. If we don't get back into the good graces of the AAU crew, it won't matter a damn who is coaching. Then I spend $2-3M for the right coach. My first call is probably Steve Prohm, but there are certainly plenty of other candidates.
