I'm thinking that this HAS to help recruiting? What coach in their right mind wouldn't come to a clinic with the defending NC head coach and a a guy who went from the Patriots offense coaching Tom Brady, to Penn State under a heap of trouble to my Houston Texans. While the Texans may still suck we went 9-7 with Ryan Fitzpatrick as our QB. Yes, that's a winning record with a NOBODY at QB. If my head coach didn't show up he'd had to give some darn good explanation.

While there Mullen will be selling State, the facilities, his own assistant coaches, himself, the program, aand making valuable connections. I'm sure he already has inroads with the State of Mississippi. But I would expect some guys to come from Louisiana, Arkansas, and Alabama for this lineup.

It appears as though Meyer and Mullen decided to spend some quality time this summer.

Hopefully urban told Mullen how to run on bama and it wasn't just recruit better olinemen
