Go offer him $2.5M and a roster of experienced players so year 1 won't be a complete shitshow and dare him to turn it down. Don't go offer $1.3M, let him turn it down, then offer $1.6M, etc etc etc. Go in there like he have a big dick and swing it around.

Yea. He's catching and shooting mid range jumpers off screens consistently. He doesn't ever force the issue and finishes with composure when he gets the ball near the basket even though that's not his strength. This UK team isn't losing as long as they don't want to.

I'm fairly certain you could put every college basketball head coach (DI-III, NAIA, JUCO, etc.) on a board, throw a dart, hire that coach and get at minimum the same performances we have had the last 3 years, and most likely much better.
