I also learned that State fans can't afford this trip and must have mortgaged the trailer to make the trip.

Yeah I'm sure the Seal boys had to use Priceline to rent a car and get a hotel. I hope they don't have to hitch hike back to the Coast.

Yeah, we had fans take the Greyhound and they will be hitchhiking back to Starkville. Hey announcers all our fans don't live in Starkville...

I have 5 tools in my tool box. Don't know how to use any of them.

Did you guys know that UCLA has won (approximately) 3,487 team sport championships while MSU has not won any. Ever. Like never ever?

I did get the feeling that the guys calling the game seemed to favor us over UCLA. Anyone else pick up on that?

"5 tool player" is over used. Miguel Cabrera is the best in the game with a grand total of 2 tools.

Nah... A lot of folks here and on the pack are saying the same thing. The announcers were doting on UCLA and their gameplan because they executed it perfectly for most of the game. Therefore, UCLA got the love for most of the game.

When we started hitting their starter and scored the run, the announcers correctly commented we were getting some momentum.

I thought the announcers were great- we just have to do our thing to deserve some praise

I like Orel and Kyle. Mike Patrick needs to shut the hell up and DIAF.

I agree. Only one exception...Mike Patrick. I know I am probably way too superstitious about baseball, but I cannot stand a broadcaster's jinx, and he did that shit all night long. Plus, he just adds nothing to the broadcast except for having a good voice on exciting plays. I enjoy listening to Orel and Peterson break things down though.

Yeah... right before UCLA got that 2 run single, Kyle was commenting on how great we had been at getting out of jams to that point, and that eventually it would get in the head of UCLA. It was the kiss of death.
