I hope we pull this off. I think he's a better hitter than his stats suggest last year and he has a great glove.

I would do it so long as we don't have to give up too much. Some have suggested Minor, but that's probably too much. If we could package Minor and a middling prospect for Bradley and another pretty good one from the Red Sox, I'd do it.

I like his upside, but he is definitely an unknown. Last year was really, really bad. I'm willing to take the chance and hope we strike gold as long as we don't have to pay for close to what his value was before the last year or two.

Bradley is nothing more than a 4th OF. He's never been an impressive hitter, even in the minors.

Got this off a Braves' board...

Bradley hit .290 in his four minor league seasons with a .394 on base percentage. Those numbers made him a top prospect, with Baseball America ranking Bradley the 31st best prospect in baseball before the 2013 season and the 50th best before last season.

Haven't researched it. If true, I'd say he was a better MiLB hitter than you suggested

Mike minor wins arbitration. I think he'll be gone by the deadline

Bradley has great defense and very good speed, so he doesn't need to be a great hitter to be productive. Obviously he has to be much better than he was last year, but a .270 guy with a .350-.360 OBP (which his minor league history suggest he's capable of) would be plenty.

Bradley and a prospect(s) for minor?

I'd be ok with that, depending on the prospect. Anybody in their top 10, and I would definitely do it, but I doubt Boston would.

Bradley Jr. was darn good when he played for South Carolina. MLB > SEC though.

Hell no you do NOT want this bum. After two weeks you'll hate him. Charlie Blackmon is way better than this dude.
