1. What does SH mean? Never noticed this before.
2. In order to record a SF (sac fly) doesn't a runner need to be on third and score?

Sac hit. Same as a sac bunt.
I guess because SB= stolen base, they had to use something else for sac bunt.

yes, runner has to score on a sac fly.
if he moves up a base, prob just a sacrifice.

According to Wikipedia:
SH – Sacrifice hit: number of sacrifice bunts which allow runners to advance on the base paths.
Thought that is the definition of Sac Bunt.
A Sac Hit would just be a fielders choice. If a runner scores then batter gets an RBI

If you bunt and get a single it's a hit, not a SH.
And while this rarely if ever happens you can score on a sac fly from any base except home of course.
