Apparently, Britton hasn't been good in hitting to start.

Does not Michael Smith look good? Could very well be drafted next year.

Holland was disappointing offensively. Popped up too much.

McCord will be a great pitcher. He was too nervous.

Rea seems to be different. Hopes he keeps it up.

Laster struggled too but I still like Ross in pen.

Robson in for a great year, his third.

So much experience we have, by May we will be a very good team.

If we could just get starting pitching to go 6 innings effectively, we will go real far.

Hudson still needs work. Two solid hits off him, just like scrimmages.

We have to get Smith back. McCord is just a freshman and he will be good- but I'm not sure that he is ready just yet. Rea is different because he has runners on base, he's going to get more pitches to hit and he has better protection in the lineup and he's not the only home run threat.

Smith will hit a few HRs. He is the whole package. He is better than Brown. Smith just adds so much. We only saw one at bat! A pro player for sure.

Yep, our outfield could be absolutely dynamic with him out there.

Any update on his leg injury?

Prob won't play tomorrow BC of the cold. Tuesday looks like a rainout. He did warm up.

Suppose to be in the 40s tomorrow. Why wouldn't they play?

I think he just meant Smith might not play.

Regarding Smith, one of the players told me after the game, "If it was an SEC series he probably would have played."

I hope that to be accurate.
