I just saw his opening day lineup....goodness, if they win 35 it will be shocking. I just don't see any way they can produce offense. Sure, they have a few, I am talking 1-9 lineup. We shall see.

happening. Now, I think they might pitch it better than we do, especially their starters but other than that I think they will struggle offensively and Orvis won't have good enough hitters around him so he'll be pitched around...........

If that's the case then Humphreys should have been too. It is not based on talent, it's based on what did you do last year.

Bortles may be a good hitter but he is 6-5 245....can you see him coming in and fielding a bunt.....or fast enough feet on the hot corner to get to a ball at 3B. He is a 1B/DH type.

I have said this since August bc that is when you stop building your team for the next year. They don't have the talent or experience.

John Cohen knows what it takes. It takes experience in the SEC. That is why he got so many JC players. Very difficult for a true Fr to do well as a position player. It can be done of course.

They play Vanderbilt, Florida and Louisville and they have elite pitchers. I just don't see them hitting anything against them.
