View Full Version : Bo was sacked 55 times in two seasons and Tunsil only gave up 2 or 3?

I find it hard to believe that OM's left tackle Tunsil only gave up 2 or 3 sacks over two seasons when Bo was sacked 55 times total. Is there any way to verify this oft-repeated sack stat?

Watch a whole lot of film. Pretty sure the school keeps those stats

It might be true.

Think about it. The smaller schools aren't sacking bo. As the competition went up, tunsil's sideline time went up too. Can't be charged with a sack on the sideline

Also, every other guy on that line was a turnstile, so going through LT probably wasn't a necessity.

Was it Brandon Bolden who had like 995 yards on the season, prior to Ole Miss going and changing his stants in some games to get him over 1,000?

Ole Miss is all about pomp & circumstance, press conferences, stats, off-season recognition, etc.

Could be wrong but I think that was the law firm (Benjarvis Green-Ellis)

It was Green-Ellis. He needed like 5 or so yards to get to 1000. he clearly gained 4 (or whatever it was) but was credited with the 5th so he could get to 1000
