do yourself and have a listen. Gives his philosophy on recruiting high school kids. You can tell why he is the best recruiter. Great interview.

The thing about Tony that comes across to me is his "genuine" style. No fake there.

Tony Hughes is the genuine article, no question. Class act in every way.

Coach Hughes was my 12th grade History teacher...

In 1987/88 at South Natchez!

He is an outstanding Christian man, but not self-righteous in any way. He gave me some great encouragement on being a teenage Christian, and applying it in my daily life. I wasn't an athlete, just an average high school student who was seeking practical, spiritual truth.

He may not remember me from a rock in a parking lot (then again, he just might). But I've never forgotten the impression I had of him, even if I didn't always heed his words of wisdom.
