It's probably going to happen. Or at least come close. They are going to get the #1 QB per Rivals and Scout to commit tomorrow (rumor). Already cleaning up in state (4 or top 5). Early but still a good start for them.

Yeah, if they lost 3 or 4 top prospects this year in the last day or two before NSD, I don't know why they would be concerned what could happen over a period of a year.

Even Ole Miss fans have to be skeptical about their commits this early. Obviously some will stick in-state, the guys from Oxford and Panola for sure, and Eli Johnson. They have some built-in advantages, and they'll end up with probably a very good class.

But Shea Patterson? It's obvious their staff pushes for commitments as early as possible, even if they know the kid is just starting the process. These 2016 guys will see far more schools come after them much harder than they have so far. Committing a year ahead of time because as of right now, you kind of like the school, is not really that solid.

Wow..... really? We just signed the 2015 class. There is a lot of time between now and NSD for 2016. I'm pretty sure that list will change by then. FWIW, UK is listed as #9 overall if that means anything.

Yeah, good point. They absolutely felt like Peters and Dontea Jones were slam-dunks. Instead, they both committed to State and never wavered. They felt pretty good about Lewis, too.
