Is this just in case he doesn't qualify? Someone please explain

yes. Unless you're already fully qualified, you need to sign two LOIs. One with a Juco and one with a D1 school. It's just a back up plan.

Yes, this is just in case, and it isn't uncommon. Don't fall for it, everything is fine.

What school work do they have left to complete for qualifying? Act score? What?

Same reason I got a degree in education even though I was always headed to professional school, back up plan. Hopefully they take care of business. This is one of the reasons I said in the other thread this isn't Christmas morning.

They're still in school, so they probably just have to pass their classes this semester.

Really Clark?

I think Peters pretty much just needs to finish up and graduate. And I understand he is on pace. Lewis has a little more work to do but very doable. If I'm wrong someone can correct me but that is what I've been told.

Peters is not a big concern- Lewis has to buckle down. Lewis has a plan in place and will get all the tutoring he needs

Both are expected to be in Starkville this summer. Jamal is almost in. Leo has work to do but nothing out of the ordinary.

The thread on nafoom about Lewis and Peters to juco is the longest on the front page. Imagine that, the most popular thread on an OM board on national signing day is about two State signees.
