I think there is a web site out there that can do that. The problem is I don't know how legal it is. A guy that used to work for my Dad got arrested for using a web site to "anonymously" prank call someone repeatedly that pissed him off.

Its all fun and all, but he could just turn his phone off. That is what I would do. You should already know what you are going to do at this point, but I do like him stringing him around. Every minute UM is calling Leo is every minute they are not calling other players. Hope he wastes all their time. Actually it works in his favor long term if he burns all Freeze's time up and then goes to MSU. Lessens their potential talent they can flip to their cause.
