Seems they are putting KJ on gronk even when gronk is spit wide.

KJ is their best shot at covering him. KJ proves he could cover when he locked down Graham. Even still gronk is a different animal.

Unfortunately he didn't do a very good on Gronk. He's a beast, you really can't cover him just try to minimize damage. With that being said all they had to do was run the ball left and you win the game. You had a timeout if you don't get it.

There isn't a LB in the NFL that can cover Gronk 1-on-1. You gotta double him. KJ is a beast, but it was horrendous to ask him to try to cover Gronk in man.

Matt Wells could cover him.

Matt Wells could cover him.

He could run with him, yes, but he would be out maned and out physical for the ball. Gronk is 6'7 270 what is Well 6'2 210?

nobody can shut him down... but he can be covered consistently. I think Wells would do as well as almost any LB in the NFL at it, but personally you need a 6'5" Shawn Taylor to handle that load.

This. KJ is 6'4 and Gronk towered over him. Like I said, you have to double Gronk to stop him. It's almost impossible to defend him 1-on-1.
