Is he the best coach in college basketball? Here's his last 4 recruiting class rankings...

'11 = 41st
'12 = 16th
'13 = 52nd
'14 = 44th

This year they're 19-0 and ranked #2 in the country.

If Ray doesn't work out, I'd love to interview one of his top assistants

K is certainly the better recruiter. I don't know about a better coach though. My top 2 coaches are Bennett and self.

Not me, I absolutely hate his style of basketball. I think he will drop off a little if/when they shorten the shot clock.

Of course, I don't think Bennett is the best of all time. You stretched that out. I'm talking right here, right now

Boring? Yes. It's effective though esp when you can't match talent

Well as right here and now as we can get K just took them down on their own court TODAY with 8 scholarship players after dismissing a key player during the week.

Ummm...recruiting is a huge part of being a college coach. I would take coach K over any coach in basketball at any level.

I was just talking about coaching, not the whole deal. If you're talking about the complete package, give calipari over K at the present time.

Oh and Gregg popovich is the best coach in basketball

Idk about Popovich anymore. He's good but he's fallen back some after losing Budenholzer and look what Budenholzer has done with the Hawks.

Coach K was able to get LeBron and Kobe to buy into team play at the Olympics. If he can do that, he can do anything.

If you`ll do a little homework you`ll find that UCLA`s team payroll during Wooden`s tenure was actually larger than some NBA teams at that time and I`m not exaggerating. I hope history will deal with that Wooden/UCLA era accurately one day.
