Funny how Alabama can do this more than anyone, but there are no quotes from HS coaches printed in their statewide newspapers. And UM can do it to that LB from Olive Branch without having to deal with bad press.. I guess it's all good for anyone to drop players except us.

When we cut that QB loose my Facebook and Twitter blew up with outrage from Bears who assured me St. Hugh would never do such a thing. When they did it to a guy not long after they were outraged that I pointed it out and then proceeded to say what we did was worse. Never mind that ours had multiple other offers and theirs had none.

And one may be enough. Of course there are exceptions, Darius Philon is a big one, but you don't want to rely on kids that your rivals cut. As for Moton, I don't think it was a talent thing, I think it was a grade thing. Im fine taking grade risks at that talent level.

this guy committed along time ago, and with the 2014 & 2015 additions at his position, there's just not enough room for a 3* type talent...

He's had a couple decent offers (AU and Florida)....

yeah, it did.... I re-read it... I was more "pumping" up the guys we have (Brown/Humphrey) and the '15 DBs coming in... didn't mean to bash this kid...

and you are correct, our C was a 3*.... Bammer actually has a handful of them that contribute.
