When was the last game a QB that committed to OM out of HS actually started?

My dad and I are trying to figure it out and we are coming up with Eli. That would make 12 years this fall?

Spurlock. He was recruited when Eli was playing. They've had other guys get a little PT. But no HS QB has been recruited to become a regular starter since Eli was playing.

Stanley started the Jacksonville St game and got them a big lead before being replaced by Masoli sometime in the second quarter. So, technically, he did start one game. Spurlock was the last true starter they recruited from highschool...

Spurlock

Stanley made a token start because Nutts didnt want Masoli to start the 1st game. So you really cant say Stanley was a starting QB, especially since he quit or transferred out.

I think the plan was to try to appease Stanley and then have Masoli come in for a mop up situation and light it up causing a QB controversy that Masoli would win. It didn't quite work out that way.
