Here is his coaches comments: "T.D. may not visit anywhere this weekend but that hasn't been determined yet," said Wilson. "If not this weekend, he does expect to take one next weekend and it may be to Texas A&M or Missouri or TCU. He just has to see how things go."

Very telling who leads by this. Us and Bama are the only OV he has taken; one of those he was committed to, the other is us, and he's not sure if he is going to visit anyone else.

I actually thought he was not taking an OV to Bama.

We lead right now. We have to hold on- then pray he qualifies

Really Clark?

Also, if A & M misses on a player or two you could see them make a big push for him. We are in good shape right now though.

Looks like his last visit is to Miami and if he doesn't go to A & M this weekend I think our chances go way up.

Yea with him going to Miami instead of A&M that's great for us. His grades are ok just need another point or 2 on the ACT & he's in.

If he's a potential grade casualty and he's going to Miami to visit they must have some pretty damn good folks in their admissions department. It's hard to get into Miami. Now I understand Moton is good at this thing called football and different rules apply, but I can't believe he could get into Miami even on a football scholarship if he's as bad off as is being said. We are his best chance in my opinion because our ACT requirements are relatively low. Last time I checked you had to get a 25 on the ACT just to be able to get in to Miami and you only needed an 18 at MSU. Not sure if that's changed any or how football is affected by that though.

I think the Miami trip is more of a trip to enjoy than a legit threat in his recruitment. I'd bet every kid Miami is recruiting or the majority don't have a 25 on the ACT.

Madisonmd

You can rest assured Miami's football requirement is less than 25! Most of their players probably can't spell ACT!

So why would Miami even waste their time?

I can tell you one damn thing- Ray Lewis, Micheal Irvin, Jeremy Shockey, Clinton Portis, nor Warren Sapp made a 25 on their ACT

Bc you never know. He gets there & maybe falls in love with the school, the city, a girl, etc. There's really no downside.

Wait what?????? It's hard to get into miami?!?! Thug U???? Wtf? They signed more low life's in the 90's than all SEC schools combined. Can't be too hard to get in.

For normal students "The U" is fairly expensive and has some high standards. There may not be an institution with a student body and athletics program farther apart in nearly all demographics.

Incoming Freshman data:

Ranked Top 10% in High School Class 73%
Ranked Top 5% in High School Class 54%
Average weighted GPA A-

Admitted student mid-range SAT scores
75th Percentile 1420
25th Percentile 1270

Admitted student mid-range ACT scores
75th Percentile 33
25th Percentile 29

Also, for an undergrad,on campus: room/board/tuition = $61,354 a year. (average)

Those five probably didn't combine to make a 25. I've seen the 30 for 30 on Miami. They had some ballers, some dancers, some real jive turkeys. They didn't have any Norman Einsteins.

Shirley you dont think miami needs a 25 to play ball. Duke doesn't need that for athletic schollys.

I would literally bet everything that I own that this is nowhere close to accurate. Football players are not held to the same academic standard as normal students.

More good news for us. Missouri doesn't look like a major player. Visiting Missouri this week & Miami the next I love our chances with TD. Adding Moton & Miggins to the DL class we already have is nice. Hopefully we can lock up Helms & then we wait on Leo.
