Glad the guys got a win, for them, and to break that horrendous streak. Didn't change my opinion of Ray though; can't be a prisoner of the moment. I think it was pretty apparent we just out athlete'd them tonight. Pearl is a great coach, but he is coaching at Auburn, remember; they're the equivalent of Vanderbilt football.

Last year @ the Hump, family & fans of a Georgia player from Booneville nearly outnumbered, & definitely out-yelled, fans of the home team. Would love to see State fans show up Saturday & defend the Hump. If we can't/won't give our guys a home-court advantage, for whatever reason, can we at least make an effort not to concede home-court advantage to the visitors.

Marcus Bullard talked to the team before the Vandy game. He really spoke from the heart I heard about having pride in wearing that maroon and white jersey. Said it doesn't matter if nobody is out there watching- it was about them doing it for themselves. Playing your best doesn't need a crowd.
