LSU adds Orgeron & Steele...

Florida hires McElwain, Nuss, Shannon & Geoff Collins...

and most impressively to me, Auburn beefs up with Muschamp and Thompson...

Sheet bout to get real up in heh.

I think Auburn clearly had the best hires of the group.

LSU's seem like good hires. Orgeron will obviously recruit well, but I'm not sold on Steele being a great DC; he certainly shouldn't be an improvement over what they had.

And I'm not impressed with Florida's hires, especially McElwain. I just think Florida can do better than that.

really?

It's relevant to the SEC and especially the SECW.

again, I agree with you... while I wasn't overly impressed with the Mac hire, I just don't know who else available would have been better....

LSU did downgrade from Chavis as DC but upgrade for recruiting IMO....

AU smoked it. They fixin' to ratchet it up, yet again...

I'm just waiting on the SEC office to step in on the cannibalization, especially since it affects T-town...

Why does everybody say Muschamp is a can't-miss defensive stud coach? I don't recall Texas being real stacked on defense.

I just got outta the meeting. It's gonna cost MSU 3 skollies in '17 and an extra game in Tuscaloosa...

Look at his defensive rankings the last eight years.

Other than I think we upgraded ourselves on the field with Diaz over Collins though I think Collins is probably the better recruiter.
