You almost always lose players when you change coaches, which is one of the reasons you always need to make sure it really needs to be done before you do it. I heard a stat on Cowherd last year that showed on average, coaching changes cost teams to digress in the short term. Many factors are thought to go into that, but 1 of those is the loss of players, current and future.
