Weekend Cooking and Drinking Thread

What's everyone have on tap this weekend? I'm having 2 pieces of grilled chicken with melted swiss for lunch right now (and that's it!). Unfortunately I'm starting my spring slim down where I undo all the damage I do during football season. I do have a cheat saturday night so I might go all out lol. As far as my drinking, the only keto diet approved alcohol (in moderation of course) is vodka.

I've been slacking on the cooking lately. I will definitely have some buffalo trace tonight and tomorrow night I'm taking the wife to Mary Mahoney's.

Its me and the baby girl alone tonight, so the drinking will be light. We are, however, going to grind up five pounds of elk meat and have us some fresh burgers tonight.

ETA: Here they are.

I ground in one pound of pork side meat (think pork belly) with four pounds of elk for about an 80/20 grind. Seasoned with Montreal Steak and my favorite beef BBQ sauce, Stubbs Original. I found the Stubbs to be a bit overpowering with this, so next time I will likely season with Lotta Bull Red Dirt to see how that goes.

For a house warming gift my dad bought me a new grill. It's has a charcoal and gas side plus a smoker on one side and an infrared searing station on the other side. I'm pumped
