Per Twitter: No Big surprise but would have loved to see him back.

He's a first rd guy. Can't blame him one bit. Best of luck to a good Bulldog

Can't blame him at all with where he is projected to go. Thanks for all you did here man, and best of luck in the next level!

He's probably an early 2nd right now- but I think his combine numbers can easily get him into the bottom of 1st round

Every mock draft I have seen has him going #30 to the Packers...of course, this could change at the combine.

He should be a heck of a fit in a 3-4 scheme as an OLB/Rush End. I really thought we would use him more off the end this year.

Won't go any worse than 25 ish. Will blow people away in the combine. People put a lot of stock in the numbers guys put up in shorts and a t shirt. He will jump a lot there

The combine will show how much of a freak he really is. 42 inch vertical, near 4.5 speed and he's already a monster. I think in the right system, he'd be very successful. I don't think he's the best 4/3 middle lb, but as HoopsDawg said, he'd be a heck of a fit in a 3/4.

Okay...so who are the teams that run a 3-4 if that is where BMac will excel.

Redskins, Browns, 49ers (well, they did), my Ravens, Chargers, Steelers, Packers, Falcons (might change), Cardinals, Colts, Chiefs, and the Jets (well, they did as well)..... just to name a few

I could see BMac turning into a Suggs type player..... without the domestic abuse allegations of course

Great for him, and the program. This is what will continue to make us successful.

I hope he's the next KJ Wright. Why Leo Lewis (or next yr's top LB from MS) wouldn't want to get in on that I just don't know.

I posted 2 on Tuesday that had him around pick 40-43

Green will be the next McKinney for MSU

Yeah- we are about to unleash Green the same way we have BMac and Benny. He is just the next damn good LB in line

Speaking of Green, any word as to his injury recovery?

I'd love to see him go to the Steelers around 20th. They need to sure up their D but I wouldn't be surprised if they went OL route.

And Texans.

This could be a great possibility with Whitney about to be a free agent
