Kid commited the day he visited. Could have been an emotional decision. I wouldn't write it off either.

Congrats to the kid, but I thought I'd never see the day that we'd have to fend off Oklahoma for a prospect from Yazoo City, Ms. It's pretty much expected that bama and LSU can cherry pick top talent out of MS when they want to, but now Oklahoma too? This can't happen if we expect to compete year after year.

Recruits that commit that far away from home usually do it because they want to get the hell out of Mississippi. A lot of recruits want to stay home and close to their family, but a lot of them want to go away as far as possible. Can't really blame the guy..... he's seemed like a OU lean since they offered him.
