I don't think Tiano needs upgrading. He's the perfect size, speed, and throwing ability for what Mullen does. This Jackson kid is fast though...

I'd look for this. Maybe move Jackson to WR or DB. I love recruiting HS QBs. They're usually the best athlete on the team and you can move them to multiple positions. LSU used to do it all the time.

not this year, but Cam Lawrence played QB in HS I do believe.

To be fair, he wasn't a HS QB. Yazoo was just that bad that year. I'd love to see his QB stats that year. The MRA game was horrendous
