So much better than the Alabama-FSU snoozer the BCS would've given us. Every BCS supporter is forever debunked. The Playoff will give us multiple great games like these year after year.

There still needs to be some tweaking to the selection process (TCU should've gotten Florida State's spot probably, or better yet they should have more teams), but this has been one of the most entertaining days of college football in a while.

No chance... do you not realize how many millions schools and towns would lose from removing two home games and the tv deals would drop in value also...

The playoffs certainly make the bowls more interesting. It shouldn't be too hard to convince the gurus to expand to an 8 team playoff system. Wont be immediate, but should happen.
