It's definitely good practice to sign one. In rare instances, I'm OK with two.

Yeah. We have a Qb committed already. Just not a JUCO. And most JUCO qbs don't go to a school to sit. He's committed to UL now and I don't think their QB is a senior.

I see no downside into bringing in 2 dual threat guys every year if they could play another position if they don't win the QB job.

His composite is a 3 star. His 24/7 ranking is a 92 overall which is good for 4 stars and the 9th best dual threat QB in the country. So some other sites apparently don't have him rated highly. Scout has him as a 3 star and Rivals has him as a 4 star.
