They'd still kick ass. Williams is great at the scheming and motivation. Brady & Kirby would be the enforcers who keep shit straight. Stands plays the buddy role and hauls in the talent. Kirby isn't a bad recruiter himself. Jones would help Williams with the scheming. And yes, Williams and Brady would find time to run the bars.
