I'm curious as to how that works. How can a student be eligible to graduate high school early but not eligible for a four year school?

Not having the right credits, and a lot of time they take the GED and get started in juco. This is what happened with the kid at Callaway last year that the bears committed.

Probably not a bad deal for us. He can go JUCO and find out what position he is going to play. He will get much needed playing time at his new position and we can use his spot for someone else

Yep & he can get here by summer 2016 so he only loses 1yr at MSU.
